I’ve found the town easy to navigate by car or taxi, and if you’re flying in, Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport in Constanța is the nearest gateway. Once you arrive, the relaxed atmosphere makes it a pleasant introduction to Romania’s slower pace of life.
